Yes, our laundry strips are hypoallergenic and great for sensitive skin. They have a neutral ph level (7), the equivalent of water. If you are at all concerned, we recommend our 'Fragrance Free' option and to test on select garments first.

Do I need to use fabric softener as well as Dip?

No, our strips contain a natural fabric softener. However, it is down to personal preference, some people like to use it for extra softness and scent.

Are your strips suitable for septic tanks?

Yes! Our strips are certified biodegradable and completely phosphorus free.

What do you mean by small, regular and large load?

- Small load = half strip (tear strip off and tear in half again)

- Regular load = 1 strip

- Large or very soiled load = 2 strips (1 whole sheet)

One Dip laundry sheet is pre-measured to do a regular load of washing and there are 30 sheets in each pack. You can also tear the sheets into small pieces for smaller washes or use two sheets for larger washes, the same way you would with capsules.

Is Dip okay to use on my gym gear, it doesn’t reduce wicking ability?

Our strips only have a very small quantity of natural softener so will not reduce the wicking ability of gym wear.

How many strips should I use?

For a normal dishwasher load, tear a sheet in half and use 1 strip. For a very packed dishwasher load we advise using a whole sheet.

Should I put the strip in the slot or in the cutlery rack?

We recommend the slot as this allows a pre-rinse before it’s opened, however, if you normally put it in the cutlery rack or main part of the dishwasher then you can do that too.

How do they work?

The same way as tablets, you just fold them up and pop them in.

Do they clean as well as the tablets?

Yes, they clean better than most tablets and as well as the most premium options on the market, while being up to 50% lower cost per wash.

Can they be used for hand washing plates?

Yes! Just tear off as much as you need, dissolve in a tub/sink of warm water and wash your plates as you would with dishwasher liquid. There’s no longer any need to buy extra washing up liquid.

Is Dip tested on animals?

No, Dip products or ingredients are never tested on animals.

Are the Dip Dishwasher Sheets vegan?

Yes, the ingredients are plant based.

Are the Dip Dishwasher Sheets safe?

Yes, we use safer, less harsh ingredients than most of the options available on the market. Our dishwasher sheets PH level is between 6-7 (similar to water), in comparison, most tablets have a PH or 9 or 10.
